We have designed a membership program for our loyal and daily customers named myLiHO TEA. This program is named as LiHO Membership. Members of this program earn loyalty coins on every dollar spent at any outlets of LiHO TEA. It rewards the customers with extra benefits and exclusive perks.

How to Join LiHO Tea Membership Program

There are two method to become a part of this program:

  1. Using LiHO Tea App
  2. In-store Registration

1. Using LiHO Tea App

Following is the process to be a member of our program using our Mobile App:

Download the LiHO Tea App

  • Google Play Store: Download our mobile application available at Google Play.
  • Apple’s App Store: iOS users can also find our app on the App Store.

Register an Account

  • Launch the application and click the sign up button to start creating your new account. 
  • Enter your required credentials including your email address, phone number and create a password. 
  • Verify your account through email or SMS and enter the application.

Fill Out Profile Section

Open the profile section and fill out the details like Your Name, Date of Birth (for Birthday Rewards), and other required information. 

Get Enrolled

  • Once you have filled your profile section, you are automatically enrolled in our membership program. 
  • Now you can use your Membership ID or your Account QR code at our outlets to start earning points.

2. In-store Registration

If you can not proceed with your registration using our mobile application due to any errors or other hurdles, you can join the program at any of our outlets also. 

Just ask any of our staff members to assist you in being a part of the LiHO Membership program. They will definitely help you proceed with your membership application. You will be given a form to be filled out with your personal information including your Name, Date of Birth Email, and Phone Number.

We do not require any solid documents for joining the program. You just need to remember these informations for signing up for our membership program:

  • Your Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address
  • An active Mobile Number

How much does it cost to join this program?

This program is totally free to join, you will be charged to be a member of our membership program.

How to Qualify: You are automatically qualified for this tier on signing up.

Benefits: 

  • 1 point on every 1 SGD spent at our outlets.
  • Access to member-only promotions.
  • 1 Medium Drink on Birthday Month.

Gold

How to Qualify: To apply for this tier, you need to spend at least $200 in the last year.

Benefits: 

  • 2 points on every 1 SGD spent at our outlets.
  • Access to member-only promotions.
  • 2 Medium and 1 Large Drink on Birthday Month.
  • Priority in promotions and deals.

Premium

How to Qualify: To apply for this tier, you need to spend at least $500 in the last year.

Benefits: 

  • 3 points on every 1 SGD spent at our outlets.
  • Access to member-only promotions.
  • 3 Medium and 2 Large Drinks on Birthday Month.
  • VIP invitation to new product launches.

How to Redeem Membership Points?

You can redeem your membership points by the following process:

  1. Open the LiHO Tea Mobile Application on your Android or iPhone. 
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Click on the My Points option. 
  4. Select the reward that you want to redeem. 
  5. Provide the number of points that you want to redeem for a reward and click the Redeem Button.

You can redeem your membership points for:

Free Drinks

You can redeem your points to enjoy free drinks at LiHO Menu. But the number of loyalty points would be varied according to the size of the drink.

Discount on Drinks

These points can also be utilized to get discounts on Drinks and How much discount will you get from your points? It depends on the number of points that you have to redeem.

Merchandise

You can also use your points for merchandise and get LiHO-Branded shopping bags, and other items. It will also depend on the number of points you have in your profile.

Note: The number of LiHO membership points required to unlock a reward are not permanent, they may vary with time.
